3. Contingency Fee Structure

Our services are provided on a contingency fee basis. No upfront fees are required. We are compensated only if funds are successfully recovered on your behalf. Our fee is 40% of the total amount recovered, unless otherwise dictated by law.

You authorize us to deduct our fee from recovered funds or remit payment within 5 days if funds are sent directly to you.

4. Client Authorization

You authorize us to act on your behalf in communications with relevant government or private agencies. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary to process your claim.

5. No Guarantee of Recovery

We do not guarantee that funds will be recovered, the amount recovered, or the timeframe. Outcomes depend on third-party agencies and applicable laws.

6. Payment Terms

If funds are recovered, payment is due immediately upon receipt or invoice. Late payments may incur interest and collection actions as permitted by law.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel services within 3 business days of signing the contingency agreement by sending written notice of cancellation.

8. Confidentiality

We maintain the confidentiality of your information and use it solely for service-related purposes, except where disclosure is required by law. Your information will not be shared with parties not directly involved in the claim.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Independent Contractor Status

We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or government agency. Our services do not constitute legal or tax advice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Colorado.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
